What makes Jersey Lightning stand apart from other cheerleading teams is the true belief that we are a FAMILY.
We especially recognize what makes our team successful is not just each cheerleader’s commitment. It is the support of all the parents. Whether it is getting our athletes to practice, or cheering them on from the bleachers at a competition, the parents of the JLAS family are an integral part of what makes our team so special.
With that in mind, we are especially proud of our JLAS “parent team!!!” Everyone works together to support each other – help is only a phone call away when needed.
Our parents have even created our team’s mascots – the BOLTS!
This group has fun together, and we would not want it any other way! Let’s face it, as a parent of a competitive cheerleader, there is a lot of time spent on the bleachers to support your children. It makes the experience a great one when you are sharing it not just with other parents, but with FRIENDS!!!
